Lilienthal Park

Lilienthal Park is a well-established business park, with direct motorway access, located in the immediate vicinity of the Berlin-Brandenburg Airport.

With good connections to both the capital’s infrastructure and that of the greater region – and with attractive conditions for office, commercial and industrial space – Lilienthal Park offers the ideal environment for both up-and-coming and established companies.

The business park currently has 40,000 sqm of leasable space through existing buildings, as well as a further 64,000 sqm of undeveloped land. There are legally binding development plans with flexible use options for the latter. This allows for the construction of an additional gross floor area of around 133,000 sqm.

The business park is managed by an experienced on-site team that is responsible for all services from initial due diligence through active portfolio and property management, to the design and execution of development potential.

The master plan for Lilienthal Park, which we have created and are constantly refining, provides for further development of the existing buildings, with simultaneous intensification of the area by building on the previously undeveloped plots. In doing so, urban development approaches will be taken into account.

In addition, we also manage high-level issues such as the planning of outdoor facilities and traffic concepts for the entire site.
